  3. Baste your eggs to your liking, I'm a runny yolk kind of girl. Sprinkle on some smoked paprika or cavenders spice before covering them. While the eggs are basting, get your toast ready and spread your avocado mix on then put your spinach on top of that.
  4. When the eggs are done, move them over to your toast creation. Om nom nom! 😋😋😋
